Aqua Bounty Technologies Announces Date of  2007 Annual General Meeting

 

 

Aqua Bounty Technologies, Inc. (AIM: ABTX), a biotechnology company that develops products to manage health and increase productivity in the fast-growing aquaculture sector, announces that the 2007 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company will be held on June 26, 2007 at 9 a.m., Pacific Daylight Time, at the Hotel Solamar located at 435 6^th Avenue, San Diego, California.

 

Matters to be addressed at the AGM include the election of the Company’s Board of Directors to hold office until the 2008 Annual General Meeting and stockholder ratification of the Company’s 2006 Equity Incentive Plan.  Full details of all resolutions will be posted to stockholders with the Annual Report.

 

Stockholders of record on May 15, 2007 shall be entitled to vote at the AGM.  Stockholders have until May 10, 2007 to submit candidates for nomination to the Company’s Board of Directors or to propose other matters for consideration at the AGM.
