Joseph McGonigle  Vice President of External Affairs

Mr. McGonigle is the former executive director of the Maine Aquaculture Association and has served on the U.S. delegation to the North Atlantic Salmon Conservation Organization. He also served in Maine State Government as chief of staff to the President of the Maine Senate, as legislative director to the majority caucus and as executive director of the Commission on Maine's Future. He holds a Masters degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Maine.
