Joseph P. Hernon, CPA –Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hernon joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in November 2005. He is responsible for all financial and administrative matters within the organization, including compliance with the reporting and other requirements of the AIM Stock Exchange. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at Boston Life Sciences, a publicly held biotechnology company, from August 1996 through September 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Hernon was a Senior Business Assurance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, an international auditing, tax, and consulting firm, where he was employed from January 1987 through August 1996. Mr. Hernon is a certified public accountant and holds an M.S. degree from Bentley College and a B.S. degree from the University of Lowell-Massachusetts.
