David Frank Chief Financial Officer

David Frank President, TekCel LLC

David Frank was named TekCel's president during the summer of 2006 after serving as Magellan's chief financial officer since the company's founding in 2004 and as TekCel's CFO since 2003. Mr. Frank has nearly 25 years of financial-management experience. Most recently he served as chief financial officer of SmartEnergy, a retail energy supplier, where he was a leader in the company's growth from less than $1 million in revenue in 2000 to more than $45 million in revenue in 2002. Prior to SmartEnergy, he served as the corporate controller for Moldflow, a provider of automation and software solutions for the plastics injection-molding industry, where he was an integral part of the company's successful public offering and M&A activities. Mr. Frank's background also includes senior financial roles at PerSeptive Biosystems, Lotus, Apollo Computer, and Honeywell. He has a BS in finance and accounting from Boston College and an MBA from Babson College.
