Richard
J. Clothier - Non-Executive Director, Chariman of the Board
Mr. Richard
Clothier has served as Chairman of Robinson Plc since 2004 and
of Spearhead International Ltd since 2005. He recently retired
as Group Chief Executive of PGI Group Plc, an international agricultural
products producer, following an extensive career in corporate
leadership. He holds a BSc in Agrigulture from Natal University
and an AMP from Harvard Business School.

Entis - Executive Director, Chief
Executive Officer
Mr. Entis has 20 years of experience in the wholesale seafood
industry in Boston, and spent ten years heading a research
firm in Washington, D.C. Mr. Entis co-invented the technology
underlying Aqua Bounty’s Shrimp IMS and has been running
the company since its inception. He is on the national Board
of BIO, the national association of biotechnology companies,
and chairs BIO’s Animal Agriculture Board. Mr. Entis
is a 1968 graduate of Harvard College and received his M.A.
degree in political science from UC Berkeley.
Richard
L. Huber - Non-Executive Director
Mr. Richard
Huber is the former Chairman, President and CEO of Aetna, a major
US health insurer, and is currently an independent investor in
a number of companies operating in a wide range of businesses,
mainly in Latin America. Following a 40 year career in the financial
services industry, Mr. Huber now serves as Chairman of G. Barbosa,
a Brazilian supermarket chain, and chairs the Audit Committee
of DHC, the largest waste-to-energy company in the United States.
He is a Director of MaltaCleyton SA of Mexico and Vina San Rafael
of Chile, and well as several other companies in the US and elsewhere
in the world. He holds an AB from Harvard.

Marcus - Non-Executive Director
Mr William
Marcus is the Executive VP, Treasurer, and a Director of American
Biltrite (AMEX) and is also a Director of the Congoleum Corp.
He was for many years the Treasurer of Reebok (NYSE) and was head
of its Audit Committee.

Steiner MD, MBA - Non-Executive Director
Dr. Eric Steiner,
COO of the Fairchild Company.
Eric I. Steiner has held the position of Chief Operating Officer
of The Fairchild Corporation since 1996, and the position of President
of The Fairchild Corporation since 1998. He also held the position
of President of The Fairchild Fasteners Division of The Fairchild
Corporation from 1995 through 2002, when the Fasteners Division
was acquired by The Alcoa Corporation. Eric Steiner received an
M.B.A. in 1990 from INSEAD Graduate School of Business in Fontainebleau,
France. Prior to attending INSEAD, he was a resident at the Hospitaux
de Paris and earlier was awarded an M.D. from the Faculte de Medicine
de Paris.

Stevens PhD, DVM - Non-Executive Director
Dr David Stevens
(PhD, DVM) is the founder of Deprenyl Animal Health, Inc He was
CEO until its acquisition by Pfizer Animal Health in 1997. David
currently serves on a number of Boards in the biotechnology community,
including Smart Drugs, Alviva Biopharmaceuticals and GCE Products.
David is also an advisor to Bay City Capital's North American
Nutritional and Agricultural Fund (“NANAF”) and in that
capacity represents Bay City Capital's North American Nutritional
and Agricultural Fund on the Board of Aqua Bounty Technologies.
